Remember how you were seeking God, praying to him for that job, for that business, to even pass the test for that certification! Now that He’s blessed you to obtain that goal, now is not the time to fall back and distance yourself from Him and forget Who got you to where you are! We must continue to seek Him first in everything that we do, and acknowledge and take heed to Gods will for our life! If your goals in life are only for your benefit and centered around you, then it can’t be from God! Everything that Jesus did on this earth was to first glory our Heavenly Father, and also to help others!
